In latter years we sometimes went a long time without catching up with each other, Eric, but you were often in my thoughts. I enjoyed the times we did have to talk and to laugh about times gone by and you will always be very important to me. I’ll certainly never forget you Eric. You made me feel so comfortable & welcome, when I initially joined the maintenance crew at the Telegraph Fleet Street, back in June 1981.
